I would ask for prayers

I started off with all good intentions of trying to do a post every day, even if it was a card reading.  However, my life never seems to work out to my intentions.  I have a back issue.  It has been really acting up lately.  I met with the spine place yesterday to talk about the last thing to happen, which is numb hands.  So, I'm now on a new medication for pain and have an MRI scheduled to see what exactly is going on with my back.

So I would ask that you guys pray that it's nothing as serious as we think and that with the power of prayer that I won't need surgery.  I would also ask that you would pray to help me not be in as much pain so I can actually get some things done.

Good to come out of me being up all hours, is that my project of my new graphics for my new tarot cards are getting done.  Here's one that I LOVE and would LOVE to share with you:

We are on the last day of January of this year.  Can you believe it?  So with that in mind, I pulled a card from Archangel Michael Oracle cards.

"Use Your Imagination... and You’ll See the Answer” - The angels are giving you guidance and answering your prayers, yet their messages may seem out of the ordinary and unexpected, so you’ll need to use your imagination to understand them.

So if you've been asking questions of God and/or the angels and have been waiting for answers, they are in your dreams.  If that wasn't bad enough, you have to decipher them.  Because of free will, we get answers, but not out right ones.  It's one thing I know I get extremely frustrated with.  But we can ask for help in deciphering as well.  So not only ask your question, but also help in understanding what the answer is.  Often we complicate things due to over thinking.  However, that doesn't have to be the case.  Often as with most things, the answer is actually very simple.  So when you're looking at things that should have a meaning, look for the simplest one and more than likely that is your answer.

How often did you feel like you were all alone in your life?  That no one understood you?  I get that way from time to time, but luckily I know I have a few people around that I can count on to understand me and what's going on in my life.  I also, with these friends, created a site for people wanting to work on their spiritual work. http://divinepathways.com  We have a forum there where we all share our different experiences and listen to others on different perspectives.  Things we may not have ever thought of as well as being supportive in helping.

You can also try meditation, in what ever form that may be.  Sometimes people use exercise to quiet the mind.  Some do actual meditation.  Some may even like gardening.  Nothing is a wrong way to have your mind work on solving a problem and possibly asking for assistance in opening a new door (or window) for you to move on with what you want.

Just know there's always someone willing to listen and work with you.  All you have to do is look.

So today's card is from the Angel Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue & Radleigh Valentine.  The card is Strength.  As you can see it talks about great inner strength which is crucial for releasing harsh judgements of people and giving them forgiveness and compassion.

Sometimes it's easy to give into the negative emotions that are around us constantly.  What's not easy is letting go of that lower vibration and raise yourself above it.  I'm working still on this process.  I find it a challenging process in my home life.   But I keep working at it.  If you ever saw the Masaru Emoto experiment (http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/water-crystal.html) about how words affect water, it's amazing to think how that can affect us which are made of water.  So I work diligently to try and be loving in my words to my family. 

So if you look at this images, you see the world looks like at her feet, doves nearby and a rainbow.  It's the card to say you can do it.  No matter if you don't think you can.  If you find yourself faltering in your situation, take a breath and just ask the angels for help.  They are always there for you and will not interfere until you ask them for assistance.  Be strong in knowing that you can do it and if you can't be strong in knowing there is always someone around that you can ask for help.

I did today's card pull from the Flower Therapy Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue & Robert Reeves.  The card that was pulled for today is the Hibiscus.  You'll notice there is a brief outline of what this card says at the bottom.  "You're spiritually connected to everyone through God.  Use this sacred bond to heal your family, friends, and yourself."

Everyone we come into contact during our day, transfers different energy to us.  Notice the last word in the outline -- yourself.  Sometimes it's good to take time for yourself.   Red is passion, find what you're passionate about and go out and just do it for a change.  Don't think about it.  Just have fun!  Notice the yellow?  That color means happiness to me.   Why shouldn't you do something fun for a change.  Notice the branches coming off -- did you know joy can lead to more joy?  Happiness IS contagious?  Wouldn't you rather be around someone who was happier than angry or miserable?  How much energy do you get from those types of people?  -- So if no one is that way, become that person on your own and spread the sunshine!

Card for today

I did a one card pull from the Magical Messages from the Fairies Oracle cards by Doreen Virtue.  As you can see this is the card that came up.  Now, it gives a brief blurb about what this card could mean.  But, I've run across people where they dislike children.  So what would I say to them about drawing this card?

Be the child you're trying hard to forget.  You may be too busy being the adult, that you're not taking time to enjoy your life.  See the rose?  Why not smell them?  See how the little girl is looking up?  Take time to enjoy your surroundings.  See the butterfly wings on her back?  Dress up or doing something fun and outrageous.

I think that's really the overall message here for all of us.  We've been too cooped up, busy with our lives that we forget we are still children of God and it's alright to want to have fun from time to time.  So take a moment to do so, the fairies are wanting you to rediscover fun in your life.
