“Simplify Your Life” - Daisy: You’ve had so much going on that you’re spread too thin. This has to change now so your vitality can recharge.

Boy is this card on point today :)  I was just thinking I need some recharging time.  I love the daisy flowers because they are very simple and happy flowers.  They also don't get entangled like we do in others and their issues.  Sometimes it's good for us to step back and take care of us for a change.   Find something that you can incorporate in  your busy daily life that will help you replenish and take care of you.

For those of us that feel the need to help others all the time, just remember if you give everything you have to them, you won't have anything left for you and then them.  So make sure to take that time and use your wanting to take care of people to take care of yourself.  Even if it's just taking 15 mins a day to breathe.. meditate.. draw.. dance.. veg in front of the TV.  What ever it is that will make you feel like you got sometime to yourself.
