I'm glad this card came up. There are many new lightworkers that don't understand the importance of grounding and shielding. Shielding helps us in blocking energy away from us that does us no good. There are many different ways of doing this. I have found that everyone is different in what they think would help them "shield". It doesn't matter what it is as long as you think it will work. Many people use the white light to surround them. If I'm dealing with a lot of negative people, I tend to use mirrors to reflect the energy back to them. But shielding is also important because of the shifting of energy that is happening more and more on earth. Grounding helps with this as well, but because most of us are sensitive to the energies, it really plays havoc with our normal energies and can make us either really really energized or completely drained. Just remember when shielding take from source - not you. Source is never ending and continually supplying.
